Room by Room Guide

Our Spanish apartment is on the first floor of a small, private complex called Albatros ll in Mar de Cristal, on the warm, sunny Costa Calida.  Just a few minutes walk to the beach and the warm, shallow waters of the Mar Menor.

It has air conditioning and ceiling fans.  All the floors are tiled with marble tiles keeping the interior cool on the hottest of days.

The living / dining room has TV with Sky satellite, DVD player, VCR and a selection of films, books and magazines.  Dining area with table and chairs for four people.  The patio doors lead out onto ....

.... a large, sunny terrace with sun loungers, table and chairs.  Access to kitchen through utility room door.  The terrace overlooks ....

.... the large community pool which incorporates a childrens' pool and is set in well kept, sunny gardens.  Great for cooling off after sunbathing.

The master bedroom has a double bed, TV with Sky satellite, a large built-in wardrobe with a document safe.  The window has integral blinds and overlooks a small park area. 

The second bedroom has twin beds and a large built-in wardrobe.  The window has integral blinds and also overlooks a small park area.

We realise that cooking on holiday is not of the highest priority but we have a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob and extractor, making your time there short and sweet.  It comes supplied with all the crockery, glassware, cutlery and utensils you may need.  We even have shatter-proof tableware for use on the patio for your safety.

Utility room incorporating washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes airer.

The bathroom is fully tiled and has a full size bath with shower over, vanity unit, bidet and wc.

There is a secure entry telephone system and the apartment complies with all the Spanish safety regulations.
